Bad Hair Days....anyone??

Which do you have more of?Is it more often that you will wake up and be feeling so in love with your hair, and it's listening to your every command, and doing everything you want it to?Or is it more common for you to wake up and feel BLAH about it, or dissatisfied in some shape or form with it, or it's just not really doing what you want, lol.Personally, I feel like I have more bad hair days than good. A good hair day is very rare (at least a true blue one for me), but when I am having that good hair day.....I feel way 5x cheerier about my overall appearance that day. It just boosts my mood! So though rarer, they are lovely.Go from having a bad hair day to a great hair day with these tips of moi ;)

-I chemically process my hair to make it straight. I use Garnier Fructis products. If you have trouble with frizz, many people do, you might try using the Silk Elements in tiny quantities. I have friends that are white who have tried it and it's worked for them, they just use smaller amounts than I do.

and I save the best for the last.....Use olive oil and be done with it.The most natural way that our hair can handle.

Jeans are what we live in. Designer jeans, overalls, jean shorts, jean skirts, skinny jeans, boot cut, tapered—the list goes on. Thinking back over the years, in the last 50 years, we’ve seen the bellbottoms of the 1960’s, the high waisted flares of the 1970’s, skinnies of the 1980’s, and bootcuts of the 1990’s all come full circle in the last decade, and all of them are still wearable in the 2000’s. In my opinion, you can’t have too many pairs of jeans. With all the various styles being stylish again, you can create a hundred different looks with a great closet of jeans. So how do you find the perfect styles that work for you?

Try on styles that you don’t think will work on you – you may be surprised. I never thought skinnies or high rises would work on me until I tried them. The higher rises really are slimming and don’t have to look like “mom” jeans. And skinnies can work on just about anyone, with the right top. Jeans for a Pear Body Type:

Jeans for Thick Thighs:

Do not buy jeans with no stretch. Even with low-rise, I need some room for the proportions to fit right.Do not buy jeans with too much stretch. After one wearing, they loosen up enough to fall off and there is no waistline to hold them up, so you end up hitching them up all day. And showing your panties when you bend over is NOT COOL.
DO buy jeans that are designed for curvier women, like the aforementioned Applebottoms or MXM or whatever.

Invest in premium denim!!! You might balk at the inital price, usually over RM100++, but it’s well worth the investment. You look good, feel good, and have jeans that last at least 4 years per pair. Each premium designer makes a variety of different cuts to suit any body shape, with many different washes(colors.)

Once you’ve found your perfect jeans, if needed, hem them! PLEASE! Nothing looks worse than jeans being walked on!!

High Heels.....and the pain *ouch

Most of the women especially in asia somehow lacking in that metres(u know what I'm trying to say).So, to gain some 'metres' back again,we would have to go the hardest way possible and that is by wearing a high heel shoes.

Well ladies, we're used to suffering to look good, but are we really prepared to put our health at risk all in the name of fashion?

The study of over 1,000 women aims to highlight the potential pain-problems women are risking by carrying big bags, and wearing sky high heels in order to look on-trend.

It also seeks to show the long term damage caused by being a fashion victim. Whilst looking good and keeping up with the catwalk is a happy pastime for lots of women, further findings from the research may make them think twice in future.

Over 56% are often in pain when carrying their big bags, with almost a quarter admitting it happens every time they throw one over their shoulder.

The top three pain hot-spots are, shoulder (68% of women), neck (35% of women) and arm (28% of women).

Over half (51%) of women wearing heels at least two to three times a week, it’s worrying that two thirds (66%) are in pain wearing them, with one in five admitting to feeling aches every time they slip them on. The top three hot-spots in addition to feet, are ankles, calves and the lower back.

What’s also concerning is that almost one in five said that while they worry about causing potential long term damage, they won’t stop carrying heavy bags or wearing killer heels, not least because it makes them feel good. Over half (56%), of women are sticking to their heels for the feeling of confidence they get from wearing them.

high heels may look so good..but the pain cause damage that u would have to pay in future..so that remember ,dont used it regularly and used it with caution.

Well,I do wear heels too like most of the women but I only wear it when necessary and other than that,I would just wear my flat shoes.The lesson here is that,use it with caution ;)

There's always the case when u wanna buy something with a 'brand' but the price seems illogical.U then start to compared it with a generic brand but tha would be like comparing an apple with a durian and not apple with apple in this case I would say.First of all,I'm not trying to say that those whom buys imitation is cheap but I would say,quality always win.

First of all,let me take Louis Vuitton for example.A real one would cost several thousands but the imitate one would just cost from a range of mere hundreds for a 'top' quality fake.Well,for a start,when u're buying an original LV,the bag would come with a handmade bag knitted carefully versus the machines knitted replica one made in big quantity without a good quality inspection.This is simple as the factory which made the fake one would make it in large quantity to get the profit margin in the quickest means possible.The original one would be under a strict inspection as the item itself with symbolize what the brand stands for,and that is quality.It would also come with a warranty card for a peace of mind in case u would want to refurbish your bag again when the bad days effecting your leather item.Especially in our unexpected climate here in Malaysia!!!LOL

By the end of the day,its actually up to u to choose whether to buy the fake one or the original one.I would choose the latter ;)

We'll kick start this 2011 post with mamakkkk.One of our fav. spot in Malaysia to eat and chill is mamak.The most obvious reason is that because the restaurant open 24/7 and the 'macha' there were very friendly with their customers.My fav mamak restaurant would be Rafi Bistro,which located at sec.13,Shah Alam.Well,I'd get my daily dose of 'limau ais' there with my hubby almost every night.

Rafi Bistro is my fav spot as the place is cosy and the atmosphere there is happening.You can choose from hundreds variety of roti there.My fav. is roti naan cheese with tandoory as the flavor of the chicken is so good not like any other mamak that i ever tasted. besides, the roti naan is fluffy and freshly baked only for us...NOT...teeheee..the mint sauce there is also one of the best among mamak.Not to forget,the thosai telur bawang.....good to have for breakfast.....

Well...well...well.....this time around,we'll be talking about vacation.How about somewhere with a nice seaview and nearby Klang Valley?Port Dickson?nops.....still don't have a clue?Hint....nearby KLIA.Yups....the Sepang Goldcoast.Same just like the goldcoast in aussie,the sand and the sea there is gold-ish hence called the goldcoast.

We went there last year a month after the opening and yeah the seaside there is amazinggggg.....and the foods around that area is fresh yet affordable.You got to go there to witness it yourself ;) We'll surely be back there for more.

My hubby actually dont have any interest in getting a new car from Proton yet but this new Proton do look crispy to us :)Here you go,the latest car from Proton,Proton Satria Neo CPS.Kinda look like the previous GTi but i heard that they can't use the GTi badge anymore as VW already registered the badge as theirs but I'm not sure.My experience with previous GTi dated years ago.My friend used to own one.It's known for its driven-on-rails capability .That's how good the car in handling as it was tuned by Lotus.The latest one comes with Campro CPS(Cam Profile Switching that's similar to Vtec by Honda and VVTi by Toyota) and EBD(Electronic Brakeforce Distribution)for safety.My hubby think this car kinda look menacing and would love to own one.

Where do we go from here?
